I don't like the idea that even if I'm keeping my distance, I'm breaking the law if don't wear a mask and I want to get some food. I've written the governor and state and federal representatives about this. I've also signed the openthestates.com petition. I'm going to buy groceries today. The mask requirement starts tomorrow, but I hope the courts or the President does something to reverse this by the time I need to get groceries again.
I don't like the idea of churches being open, but then we HAVE to wear masks even if we take our own protective measures. I don't like the idea of a small bible study requiring masks just because one man (Governor Northam) puts his faith in the CDC who couldn't even get coronavirus tests right. I'm just now finding out about something called the Hong Kong Flu of the 1960s. Similar amount of American deaths, but no media hype and no quarantine.
It is so evident what is going on here. It's love of power and antipathy for this President.
