I'm not a lawyer. However, I have to believe that most people in the state have some form of cause in a suit against NY State, their county of residence, and any other local government, including sheriff's offices, departments of health, code enforcement, etc. So, let's at least start a discussion of potential lawsuits and what's necessary to take action. I would love to see all courts and every government official completely bogged down by lawsuits until they've completely stopped restricting people from making their own decisions in their lives. For example, a small gym in Geneva NY was shut down and ticketed this morning (Fri 5/29) by the sheriff's office (after having been called by someone from the local YMCA) for opening. What legal/lawsuit actions are available?

I think it would be much easier to hold our NYS Legislators responsible for ending Cuomo's reign of terror.
OUR NYS Legislators gave Cuomo the emergency executive powers that he is using to keep our state shut down. They can and MUST rescind that power now that the emergency is over.
I've already called my state senator and assemblyman. I also called Sen. Helming and Rep. DiPietro and thanked them. It would be nice if everyone would do the same.
If our do-nothing state legislators would get off their butts and support Senator Pam Helming and Assemblyman David DiPietro we wouldn't be in this situation at all.

Not disagreeing with you. I just like tackling problems from multiple angles!
Start calling them NOW and DEMAND they support Helming's bill.
