I came across this commentary posted in the San Diego Tribune on Pam Popper's new site Make Americans Free Again. It's a very encouraging piece penned by Bill Wells, mayor of El Cajon, stating that police under his jurisdiction will not be enforcing the governor's mandates because "We decided as a city we don’t want to pick the winners and losers in this pandemic and that we want people to be treated gently and with understanding of their situation.” I liked his analogy comparing the government's response to Covid akin to "seeing a spider in your house and your reaction being to burn the house down." If only more elected officials would take a stand against the unlawful edicts of the governors. We the people have an obligation to stand up against tyranny also.
a mayor with brains, we need more like this mayor
Took the words right out of my mouth!!🇺🇸🇺🇸
Too bad someone like this mayor isn't running Michigan instead of the monumental twit(mer) occupying the Governor's Mansion in Lansing!!
