I don't think any worker should be compelled to go back early if they don't feel safe, but there are those who want to get back to work. they need to contact their bosses and coordinate a plan, for time and days. some will some won't.
We need to follow our gut instinct, and thank goodness we live in a free country where we can do just that - if we are fearless to do so.
I saw a stat somewhere that indicated 65% of the country was "afraid" to get back out into the world, physical distancing or not, masks or not. It is your choice. If you aren't ready to do so yet, then by all means please stay home.
Just don't impose your fears and personal restrictions on those of us who are fearless and healthy. This country was formed by the courageous and fearless who had gut instincts and were compelled to follow those feelings.
I am thankful that those brave leaders showed us the light and led us into a free country where everyone's rights and beliefs are protected. I will defend your right to stay home until you are ready to join society again and only ask that you defend my right to join society now.
I would encourage everyone to lean toward lives of success, hope and optimism instead of living a culture of dependency and fear.
